I have worked closely with strategists, system designers, researchers, product managers, information architects, marketing teams, developers, and engineers. I believe that cross-discipline teams are the foundation of gaining understanding from all angles!

Stepping back and taking a high-level view of an entire system, while also honing in on the smallest of details is what makes for a wholistic and rounded understanding. I keep a keen eye for the intricacies and details while identifying broad ecosystem-wide patterns, interactions, and flows.

Product design is both logic and creativity. Using data, researching user needs, understanding technical constraints and iterating solutions all while balanced with intuition and emotion. How an experiences makes you feel is what resonates the most. Creating engaging and successful products is a blend of structured analysis and intuition.
